Privacy notice

Who we are
This website is run by Digital Printing Systems UK Ltd ("DPS"), Registered office: Suite 15, The Conference Centre, Brockhall Village, Old Langho, Blackburn BB6 8AY. Contact us about privacy at interest@dps-uk.ltd.
What we collect and why
- Enquiries. When you send an enquiry we collect your name, company, email, and anything optional you add (phone, installation postcode, message). We use it to answer you and arrange what you asked for. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- How you found us. With an enquiry we record the page you landed on and any campaign tags in the link, so we can see which advertising works. This is not used to identify you elsewhere.
- Advertising measurement. With your consent, we share a completed-enquiry event and associated browser and ad identifiers with OpenAI to measure ChatGPT ads. We do not send your enquiry form fields with the event. See our cookie notice for settings.
- Marketing emails. Only if you tick the box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Usage counts. We count brochure downloads and video plays. These counts contain no personal details.
Who processes it
Our website host (Vercel), lead database (Upstash) and email delivery provider (Resend) process data on our behalf. Some processing may take place in the United States under the UK–US data bridge or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records and related emails for 12 months after our last meaningful contact with you. If you become a customer or we have a specific reason to keep a record for longer, we retain it for as long as needed for that purpose.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing interest@dps-uk.ltd. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
